<p>Kforce has a client in Quincy, MA that is in need of an AML BSA (SQL/Python).</p> <p>Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support a high-impact initiative focused on consolidating financial data into a centralized system. This role is ideal for someone with a strong business analyst mindset and foundational technical skills in data modeling and analysis. You will work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy, clarity, and business relevance-without the need to build systems or infrastructure.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze financial datasets and model target tables using SQL and Python </li><li>Create clear, functional, and technical documentation (e.g., source-to-target mappings, data environment diagrams) </li><li>Collaborate with business and technical teams to validate data and translate findings into actionable insights </li><li>Assess data quality and business logic to ensure alignment with project goals* 5+ years of experience in data analysis or systems/business analysis </li><li>Proficiency in SQL; Basic Python knowledge preferred </li><li>Solid understanding of data modeling and ETL concepts </li><li>Background in financial services; Familiarity with AML concepts is a plus </li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work independently </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have:</p> <ul> <li>Spanish language proficiency </li><li>Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) </li><li>Familiarity with statistical tools or programming in R </li></ul>
