Our instillation teams leave the lasting impression that determines our success. We respect the customer and their home, we deliver what we promise, and we clean up.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Prep and install flooring according to company procedures with high attention to detail </li><li>Keep job site organized and clean and maintain a safe and clean work environment </li><li>Review project plans to understand the scope of work prior to arriving at the job site </li><li>Must have reliable transportation and tools to do the contracted jobs </li><li>Must have the ability to deliver materials to the job site and haul away waste </li><li>Demonstrate understanding of units of measurement and proficiency with simple math </li><li>Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, trustworthy and polite manner </li><li>Ensure company standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met for every job </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5 years of flooring installation experience </li><li>Valid driver's license and functioning vehicle </li><li>Ability to pass a background check </li><li>Home Improvement Contractor registration </li><li>Certificate of Insurance (including Workers' Compensation) </li><li>Ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs repeatedly </li><li>Ability to stand, walk, crouch, squat and lift </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <ul> <li>Steady pipeline of premium flooring projects </li><li>Competitive compensation paid promptly upon customer satisfaction of job completion </li><li>Supportive team and efficient operations </li></ul> <p>This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
