<p>GENERAL SUMMARY:</p> <p>Department: System Float (System Staffing Office)</p> <p>Schedule: PRN, Minimum 36hrs a month, Afternoons and Night shifts available (May work 8 or 12 hours shifts)</p> <p>Hospital: Multiple. See below.</p> <p>Must travel to all six hospitals in the system:</p> <p>Henry Ford St. John Hospital in Detroit</p> <p>Henry Ford Macomb-Oakland Hospital, Oakland Center in Madison Heights</p> <p>Henry Ford Macomb-Oakland Hospital, Macomb Center in Warren</p> <p>Henry Ford River District Hospital in East China</p> <p>Henry Ford Providence Hospital, Novi Campus in Novi</p> <p>Henry Ford Providence Hospital, Southfield Campus in Southfield</p> <ul> <li>Perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision. </li><li>Aid with movement and placement of patients. </li><li>Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living. </li><li>Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff. </li><li>Document necessary records. </li><li>Keep patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintains medical equipment. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. </li><li>Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. </li></ul> <p>CERTIFICATION/LICENSES REQUIRED:</p> <ul> <li>BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. </li><li>Nurse Aide credentialed from the Michigan Nurse Aide Registry preferred.
