<p>The SIU Supervisor will lead and develop a team of Special Investigators to identify and mitigate fraud, ensuring high-quality and timely resolution of claims. This role focuses on fostering a culture of continuous improvement, coaching team members to enhance their skills, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to represent Tesla in fraud-related investigations.</p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop a team of Special Investigators to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely resolution of claims with potential fraud </li><li>Create opportunities for team members to grow and strengthen new skills through talent development initiatives </li><li>Monitor and audit team members' work to confirm thorough investigation and effective fraud mitigation </li><li>Promote a culture of process efficiency to continuously improve workflows and outcomes </li><li>Work independently with minimal oversight while supporting investigators on complex, multi-state claims </li><li>Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, attorneys, vendors, and external parties in official capacities </li><li>Strong supervisory, organizational, and interpersonal skills </li><li>Experience managing Special Investigators, ideally in Southern California (Los Angeles preferred) </li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of legal liability, general insurance policy coverage, and state tort laws </li><li>Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience </li></ul>
