<p>Position Overview:</p> <p>We are looking for a motivated IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our team. The ideal</p> <p>candidate should have a foundational understanding of VMware, Windows, Linux, and</p> <p>storage solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our</p> <p>infrastructure, managing storage and backups, and ensuring our systems are running</p> <p>efficiently. This position offers hands-on experience with various technologies and</p> <p>opportunities for growth.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor VMware infrastructure to ensure high performance, availability, and security. </li><li>Perform server and storage updates and upgrades as needed. </li><li>Manage the Cohesity backup system and perform routine backup and recovery processes. </li><li>Work with Client Synergy for server management and provisioning. </li><li>Assist with managing infrastructure platforms, including databases, Microsoft </li></ul> <p>Enterprise Configuration Manager, and Intune.</p> <ul> <li>Handle incidents and request tickets in ServiceNow. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>VMware Infrastructure: Basic knowledge of VMware environments, including </li></ul> <p>monitoring, maintenance, and performing updates and upgrades.</p> <ul> <li>Windows Server Administration: Experience with deploying, configuring, and </li></ul> <p>maintaining Windows Server environments.</p> <ul> <li>Print Server administration: Experience with MFD fleet maintenance. </li><li>Cohesity administration: Experience with Cohesity appliances and administration. </li><li>EMC Storage Solutions: Familiarity with EMC storage management, including allocation </li></ul> <p>and maintenance.</p> <ul> <li>Client Synergy: Experience working with Client Synergy for server management. </li><li>Infrastructure Platforms (bonus): </li><li>Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL). </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Intune. </li><li>Microsoft 365 Administration: </li><li>Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Purview, Intune </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong preference for experience with PowerShell to automate tasks and manage </li></ul> <p>infrastructure environments.</p> <ul> <li>Understanding security requirements in a multi-compliance framework environment. </li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across teams on critical issues. </li></ul> <p>Day-to-Day responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>User Support: Respond to customer request and incident tickets. </li><li>Infrastructure Support: Respond to monitoring and alerts across the server and data </li></ul> <p>backup systems.</p> <ul> <li>Print System Support: Configure and troubleshoot enterprise print system. </li></ul>
