<p>Job Summary</p> <p>Assist pharmacist(s) with M2B prescription processing and distribution to patients/families within Chandler or Good Samaritan hospital(s); collect prescription and patient information required to process prescriptions under the direction of a pharmacist; deliver medications to patients; and collect payments using a point of sale system. Use of multiple computer devices and programs for adequate documentation are required. Other duties may include assisting pharmacist(s) in obtaining prior to admission medication histories; assess patient risk factors for adherence to prescribed regimens; review/enter patient allergies and triage medication related problems identified via communication with pharmacists, other providers, or patients.</p> <p>This position is eligible for a recruitment bonus.
