This role ensures the availability, reliability, and performance of Tableau dashboards and servers, working closely with data teams, business users, and IT to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.</p> <p>What You Will Do</p> <ol> <li>Access Provisioning </li></ol> <ul> <li>Complete all ServiceNow access provisioning requests for CDO-owned applications in a timely manner. </li><li>Create and manage user accounts and groups within Tableau Cloud. </li><li>Assign appropriate roles and permissions based on organizational policy. </li><li>Monitor license usage and ensure compliance with licensing agreements. </li><li>Maintain documentation of access controls and provisioning processes. </li></ul> <ol start="2"> <li>Application Management and Monitoring </li></ol> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot data extract or presentation issues in a timely manner with internal technical teams and business departments to develop short-term and long-term solutions. </li><li>Monitor server performance, usage, and job schedules to ensure optimal system functionality. </li><li>Provide content migration support between environments (e.g., Dev, Test, Prod). </li><li>Coordinate with IT for upgrades, patches, and backups. </li><li>Maintain site settings, data sources, schedules, and extract refreshes. </li><li>Enforce content management and governance standards. </li></ul> <ol start="3"> <li>End User Support </li></ol> <ul> <li>Serve as the first line of support for Tableau, SAS and OBIEE end-users. </li><li>Troubleshoot user issues related to dashboards, data access, or performance. </li><li>Provide onboarding and basic training for new Tableau, SAS and OBIEE users. </li><li>Document support processes and contribute to knowledge base resources. </li><li>Collaborate with report and workflow developers to ensure optimal dashboard performance. </li></ul> <p>What You Will Bring</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2-4 years' related experience with reporting/analytics toolsets and environments. </li><li>Experience with SQL and/or other programming language. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or related field. </li><li>Strong research, analytic, and project management skills. </li><li>Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams to ensure optimal user engagement and application performance. </li><li>Ability to participate effectively in a cross-functional structure. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to explain complex systems and data succinctly. </li><li>Knowledge of typical finance industry concepts and metrics are a plus. </li><li>Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills including effectively presenting to large audiences. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels.
