"The Glen" is home to approximately 200 residents and offers a continuum of care that includes Independent living apartments & cottages, enhanced assisted living, and memory care.</p> <p>The Glen has a supportive and caring team, and a wonderful group of residents we learn from every day.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <p>The primary responsibility of the Senior Living Specialist is to promote and sell Eddy Senior living apartments and cottages to prospective residents using a professional, consultative sales approach. On a day to day basis the position will:</p> <ul> <li>Create a positive and professional image of the community. </li><li>Understand and be able to present the features and benefits of the community, along with information about Eddy Senior Living and The Glen's sponsor and related organizations. </li><li>Skillfully interview prospects and family representatives, to determine needs and qualification criteria. </li><li>Use active listening to understand prospects' needs, objections, and obstacles. </li><li>Schedule tours and meetings, at the convenience of the prospects. </li><li>Collaborate with peers to create marketing materials and events. </li><li>Perform daily telemarketing activities to reach sales goals. </li><li>Input data into sales database (CRM), to document and track all activities. </li><li>Network with community, civic, and healthcare organizations to promote Eddy Senior Living and work collaboratively others in the community. </li><li>Help organize and coordinate marketing events, including some evening and weekend events. </li></ul> <p>What you will need:</p> <ul> <li>Requires strong organizational skills, a professional presentation, and strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Minimum of two years' experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and/or sales and marketing </li><li>Some experience working with seniors is required </li><li>An undergraduate degree from four-year accredited college or university is preferred </li></ul> <p>Pay Range - $28.11- $29.45 plus commissions</p> <p>Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
