<p>Overview Bright Now! Dental in Tampa, FL is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Care Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team. As the first point of contact for many of our patients, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and helping patients understand and move forward with their recommended treatment plans. Schedule (days/hours) M-F 8-5 Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive and professional experience from check-in to check-out Review and explain treatment plans, ensuring patients understand their options and associated costs Assist with financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and third-party financing Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize the patient experience and office productivity Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate documentation Maintain patient records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and follow up with patients as needed Qualifications At least one year related experience Knowledge of dental terminology Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting Compensation $20-22/hr About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
