Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team's scope of work permits. Increased flexibility will be required for this role, as in-person community outreach is a key component of the Family Outreach & Enrollment team.</p> <p>Deliver powerful results</p> <p>To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Family Outreach & Enrollment Manager with a Bachelor's Degree and experience in project management, sales, or customer service with a proven record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers or external audiences. Familiarity with the Upper Manhattan, Bronx, and/or Queens borough and living in close proximity is essential. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will:</p> <ul> <li>Possess effective and professional communication skills (verbal and written) </li><li>Be highly proficient in using Google Suite tools (e.g., Sheets, Calendar, Docs) to organize information, manage schedules, and support outreach efforts </li><li>Be detail-oriented and able to manage and analyze data independently </li><li>Demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and a strong will to meet goals </li><li>Be excited about spending time actively engaging families in the community </li><li>Be comfortable hosting events and working flexible hours (including weekends) as needed </li></ul> <p>As a part of the Family Outreach team at Zeta, you will support our team to ensure that as many families as possible learn about and apply to Zeta through:</p> <ul> <li>Developing and implementing strategies to engage prospective families and promote Zeta in the community. </li><li>Leading project planning efforts for outreach initiatives, including creating detailed project plans, setting milestones, tracking progress, and proactively addressing risks and roadblocks. </li><li>Building and maintaining strong partnerships with community-based organizations and host engagement events for prospective families </li><li>Supporting outreach and enrollment operations, including our random admissions lottery, family communications, and event logistics through </li><li>Collecting, managing, and analyzing outreach and enrollment data in Google Sheets to drive continuous improvement in strategies and tactics </li><li>Wearing multiple hats as a part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed </li><li>Note: Engaging with families about Zeta's world-class educational program involves participating in regular community outreach shifts, which typically require extended periods of being out in the community with the team and walking, standing, and having the ability to lift up to 25 lbs </li></ul> <p>Join our purpose-driven community</p> <p>Zeta teammates are lifelong learners who live with child-like joy and a deep sense of purpose. The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $90,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity.
