This role is ideal for a director-qualified leader who excels in team development, compliance, enrollment growth, and creating a positive, high-quality learning environment for children and families.</p> <p>Our center serves children from infancy through school age in a structured, play-based setting that supports academic readiness and social-emotional development.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee all daily preschool and childcare center operations</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain full compliance with Michigan childcare licensing and health regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Lead, coach, and support teaching staff to ensure consistent program quality</p> </li><li> <p>Support implementation of The Learning Experience L.E.A.P.
