As a Groundsperson, you will be responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of the property grounds to include basic landscape as well as general cleanliness.</p> <p>Schedule Details: Full - Time; 7:30am-4:00pm, including weekends and holidays.</p> <p>What will I be doing?</p> <ul> <li>Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as advised. </li><li>Maintain the property grounds, including basic landscaping and overall cleanliness </li><li>Transport tools, materials and supplies as required. </li><li>Removes and reinstalls trash dumpsters. </li><li>Other duties and special projects as assigned by the leader. </li></ul> <p>To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:</p> <p>What are we looking for?</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED </li><li>Grounds/General Labor Experience of at least 3 months- We will train you!! </li><li>Push/pull up to 100lbs </li><li>Flexible to work varied days and shifts, including weekends, and/or holidays </li><li>Ability to walk/stand for prolonged period of times </li><li>Able to work in a fast paced environment </li><li>Valid Driver's license </li></ul> <p>Eligibility: All U.S. regular full-time and part-time Team Members are eligible for a wide range of benefits.
