This role owns defined workstreams across content, digital platforms, and culture solutions-ensuring experiences such as People Week and related culture programs are well-governed, scalable, and launch-ready for global audiences.</p> <p>The role blends hands-on execution with enablement, translating strategy, external trends, and leadership direction into clear content, tools, tactics and processes that foster belonging, appreciation, and alignment with company values. This role also supports change and adoption by providing structure, clarity, and follow-through across complex, cross-functional initiatives.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Culture & Engagement Program Delivery</p> <ul> <li>Lead and execute defined workstreams for enterprise culture and engagement initiatives, with ownership for day-to-day planning, coordination, and delivery </li><li>Manage culture-related content and tools (e.g., agendas, session content, visuals, templates) to ensure consistency, quality, and readiness </li><li>Identify and implement practical, scalable ideas that drive employee engagement and participation </li><li>Monitor external culture and engagement trends and translate them into relevant, actionable internal applications </li></ul> <p>Solution Enablement & Digital Platforms:</p> <ul> <li>Enable successful delivery of culture and engagement solutions across digital platforms (e.g., event platforms such as Cvent, SharePoint, internal hubs such as myBMS, and more.) </li><li>Partner with IT, vendors, and platform providers to support content builds, translations, on demand assets, and platform requirements </li><li>Establish and manage content workflows, timelines, and dependencies, proactively identifying risks or gaps </li><li>Ensure platforms are organized, accurate, and compliant with access, naming, and visibility standards </li></ul> <p>Change Management & Adoption:</p> <ul> <li>Support the development and execution of change management approaches for culture and engagement initiatives </li><li>Manage change plans aligned to business goals, stakeholder needs, and employee experience outcomes </li><li>Partner with leaders and stakeholders to reinforce adoption and sustain engagement over time </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Coordination & Enablement:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a central enablement and coordination partner across multiple organization such as Corporate Affairs, Learning, Events, IT, PBRGs, and site teams </li><li>Translate high-level direction into clear instructions, timelines, and expectations for contributors </li><li>Facilitate working sessions, office hours, and touchpoints to drive clarity, accountability, and progress </li><li>Escalate risks and issues appropriately, with recommended options and next steps </li></ul> <p>Global Readiness & Scale:</p> <ul> <li>Support enterprise-wide readiness of engagement solutions for global audiences, including translation coordination and regional considerations </li><li>Ensure programs are designed to scale while allowing for appropriate localization </li><li>Apply prior-year lessons learned to continuously improve execution efficiency and contributor experience </li></ul> <p>Required Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience leading enterprise culture, engagement, or employee experience initiatives, with accountability for end to end execution-not just strategy or coordination. </li><li>Strong operational ownership mindset, with the ability to manage workstreams from concept through launch, including run of show planning, content readiness, digital publishing, and launch governance. </li><li>Proven project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, interdependent workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast moving, matrixed environment. </li><li>Advanced capability in digital experience enablement, including ownership of enterprise platforms (e.g., event platforms, SharePoint, Teams, internal hubs), content workflows, and cross functional dependencies with IT and vendors. </li><li>Excellent judgment and content curation skills, including the ability to assess, simplify, retire, or refine culture content to ensure clarity, relevance, and alignment with enterprise priorities. </li><li>Strong change and adoption orientation, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex initiatives into simple, actionable tools and experiences that are easy for sites, leaders, and employees to adopt. </li><li>Ability to produce executive ready, high quality materials (decks, toolkits, templates, communications) with a high bar for polish, clarity, and anticipation of leader needs. </li><li>Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative inputs (feedback, insights, lessons learned) into clear recommendations and continuous improvement actions. </li><li>Exceptional communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills, with confidence working across Corporate Affairs, HR COEs, IT, Events, regional/site teams, and senior leaders. </li><li>Experience supporting global, virtual, or hybrid enterprise initiatives, with an understanding of scale, localization needs, and global readiness considerations. </li><li>Growth mindset, sound judgment, and a passion for inclusion, belonging, and creating meaningful employee experiences. </li></ul> <p>If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn't perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Summer hours are generally not available for field sales and manufacturing operations and may also be limited for the capability centers.
