<p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Maintenance Stockroom Coordinator is responsible for ordering, sorting, and stocking parts and supplies for production equipment by managing orders electronically.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Take ownership of maintenance cage area including all aspects of ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventorying </li><li>Ability to identify, stock, and track all parts and materials so that sufficient inventory is always on hand to maintain production without interruption </li><li>Proficient at all modules of a maintenance management system </li><li>Ability to review inventory annually based on direction of leadership and system trends </li><li>Ability to understand material flow and the ordering process </li><li>Proactively research vendors to find the best service and prices for items purchased </li><li>Follow up with vendors to assure timely delivery, tracking information, and communicate to leadership during weekly Engineering and Maintenance Meetings </li><li>Working with Vendors while onsite to ensure work was completed properly and safety rules followed. </li><li>Responsible for maintaining, storing, and appropriately disposing of hazardous waste </li><li>Display, encourage and maintain a professional work environment through the timely completion of projects, respectful communication, utilizing teamwork, integrity, accountability, and excellence </li><li>Maintain a safe work environment, including housekeeping in area </li><li>Understand and identify parts to assists techs when parts are needed </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Required Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to interpret documents, receipts, and reports </li><li>Self-motivating work ethic </li><li>Strong computer knowledge. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Etc.
