IRH specializes in rigging, machinery moving, millwright, heavy transportation, logistics, warehousing, trans-loading, packaging, and asset recovery services. IRH offers a competitive salary & outstanding benefits!</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The crater will be responsible for preparing and packaging heavy machinery and material for transportation. Primarily will be assembling crates within a team environment.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Assemble crates according to specifications using appropriate materials and techniques to prevent damage during transport. </li><li>Heat Shrinking </li><li>Work closely with other team members, including machinery movers, riggers, and drivers, to coordinate moving activities and ensure efficient workflow. </li><li>General warehouse tasks may be included. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of power tools. </li><li>Working in a fast paced, physical, team environment. </li><li>Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately. </li><li>Good communication skills with other employees and vendors. </li><li>May be asked to work outdoors. </li><li>Willing to work overtime as needed. </li><li>Must be able to pass physical abilities test and a drug screen upon hire as well as random periodic screenings. </li><li>Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. without assistance. </li></ul>
