Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of experience in HVAC sales is required (this is a non-negotiable). </li><li>1+ years of experience in a leadership or management role overseeing a sales team. </li><li>Strong, verifiable understanding of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment. </li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent is required. </li><li>Valid driver's license. </li><li>Ability to travel locally within the service area as needed. </li></ul> <p>Ready to take your HVAC sales career to the next level?
