<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI Center Operations Analyst in Lincoln, RI.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage intake for AI initiatives, ensuring clear current state and business cases </li><li>Maintain a centralized catalog and roadmap of all AI projects </li><li>Review and manage templates for project documentation and KPIs </li><li>Conduct regular check-ins with teams to track progress </li><li>Recommend process improvements and support AI project management tools </li></ul> <p>AI Risk Management:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate risk reviews for third-party AI tools </li><li>Partner with legal, compliance, and risk teams to document and mitigate risks </li><li>Track mitigation actions and ensure timely resolution </li></ul> <p>Reporting and Insights:</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize project status and risk indicators </li><li>Support reporting to leadership, governance committees, and auditors </li></ul> <p>Governance Committee Support:</p> <ul> <li>Help shape agendas for AI Governance Committee meetings based on project updates and risk status* Bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>8+ years in business analysis or process improvement, ideally in data or AI environments </li><li>Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, insurance) </li><li>Strong interest in AI, with understanding of Gen AI and machine learning </li><li>Process-oriented with strong organizational skills </li><li>Proficient in Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Copilot, O365, and Lucid </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have:</p> <ul> <li>Certifications in business analysis or process improvement </li><li>Knowledge of AI governance framework </li><li>Exposure to model risk management or data governance </li></ul>
