The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, quality control, report production, and customer interaction. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of reporting processes.</p> <p>Responsibilities and Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Provide specialized data entry services by keypunching and scanning survey forms. </li><li>Handle a variety of surveys including annual, quarterly, and benchmark surveys. </li><li>Process documents ranging in size from one page to over 25 pages per document. </li><li>Organize and manage batches of survey forms, with batch sizes varying from 5 to 50 documents. </li><li>Utilize keypunch software to input data accurately and efficiently. </li><li>Scan documents to PDF format and assign appropriate file names for easy identification. </li><li>Collaborate with team members to validate completed batches and ensure data integrity. </li><li>Address any discrepancies or errors in data entry, rekeying batches as needed based on errors. </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>12 years of demonstrated work experience as a data analyst. </li><li>Bachelor's degree may be substituted for 2 years' experience. </li><li>Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail. </li><li>Experience working with alphabetic and numeric key entries, as well as scanning documents. </li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information securely. </li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. </li><li>Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and team collaboration. </li><li>Proficiency in using relevant software tools for data entry and file management. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead and train new operators, with experience in responding to inquiries and providing guidance. </li><li>Citizenship Requirements: U.S. Citizen </li></ul>
