<p>SAGE Dining Services is seeking a Prep Cook/Line Server to join our team at a private day school. This person will be working in production, which includes the dessert and beverage station, light cooking such as preparing vegetables, making composed salads from scratch, and steaming/sauteing. This position will also serve students and faculty during lunch service, along with service cleanup.</p> <p>SAGE offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, continuous training, and room to grow your food service career!</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Monday through Friday </li><li>7 a.m. to 4 p.m. </li><li>Catering events upon notice </li><li>Occasional Saturday Catering with notice </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assemble composed salads following recipes. </li><li>Large volume vegetable prep. </li><li>Making wraps/sandwiches. </li><li>Steaming, sauteing, and roasting, following recipes. </li><li>Breakdown and cleanup of lunch service. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace. </li></ul> <p>You would be joining an amazing company!
