<p>Quality Technician 37179056</p> <ul> <li>Hourly pay: $30/hr </li><li>Worksite: Leading electronic testing company (Santa Rosa, CA 95403 - Onsite) </li><li>W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL </li><li>40 hours/week, 23 Month Assignment </li></ul> <p>A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Quality Technician to support the company's manufactured and externally sourced components that will later be assembled into test equipment.</p> <p>Quality Technician Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Mechanical measurement of precision-milled, turned, chemical milled, wire EDM, gun-drilled, plated, laser machined, and other specialty processes used in the production of high-frequency electronic components. </li><li>Work within the designated area of expertise. </li><li>Clarify, analyze, develop, and implement actions and solutions while supporting business directives, adhering to the highest professional standards. </li></ul> <p>Quality Technician Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2-5 years in quality control within a manufacturing environment. </li><li>Education Associates or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent field experience. </li><li>Experience with SPC software and data analysis approaches is preferred. </li><li>Experience with mechanical metrology hand tool usage (calipers, micrometers, gages). </li><li>Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) background, with the ability to read and interpret 2D drawings and 3D models. </li><li>Experience in ISO9001, AS9100, with recognized certifications, ASQ-CMI-CQI is preferred. </li><li>Experience with ANSI Z540.3, ISO 17025 is preferred. </li><li>Hands-on experience with the operation of CMM, Optical Interferometry equipment, and precision gages is preferred. </li><li>Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine and Optical Surface Profilers is preferred. </li><li>Strong PC (MS Windows/Office) skills. </li><li>3D modeling knowledge with NX, Solidworks, or other software is preferred. </li></ul>
