<p>Hospitality Team Member (Nights)</p> <p>Chick-fil-A York Road & Hunt Valley are high-energy, fast-paced, quick-serve, customer-focused restaurants serving the Cockeysville, Lutherville-Timonium & Hunt Valley communities. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and interact with customers in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Job Description and Duties</p> <p>A Chick-fil-A team member performs guest service duties including greeting customers, taking customer orders, and completing transactions on the cash register. Additional team member duties include drive-thru order taking, operating the drive-thru window, meal delivery, dining room hospitality, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean store environment. Drive-Thru order taking is a task performed year round, and will include periods in cold, heat and other inclement weather. Chick-fil-A team members must also adhere to all safety policies and health regulations. Ideal Chick-fil-A team members possess positivity and diligence as well as excellent communication and decision-making skills.</p> <p>Shift Openings</p> <p>Part and Full Time Positions Available</p> <p>2pm-11pm Monday - Saturday</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must have reliable transportation </li><li>Must work Saturdays </li><li>Experience in food service strongly preferred </li><li>Must be able to operate a computerized cash register, handle money and complete transactions accurately </li><li>Must have excellent communication, decision making, and leadership skills </li><li>Must be friendly and outgoing, able to provide excellent customer service </li><li>Must be able to work in a team environment and on your own </li><li>Must be able to work on your feet for at least 5 hours </li><li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>This part time position offers compensation $15.00-$17.00 per hour, based on experience.
