This includes direct interaction with belligerent patients or visitors and crowd control. Take immediate corrective action against hazards and conditions which may cause injury or damage. Apply appropriate use of force in accordance with Tanner policy when warranted for the protection of patients and staff.</p> <p>Maintain current knowledge of roles and responsibilities as they relate to Emergency Management. Function appropriately in the Incident Command System during disasters and other Emergency Management Related events.</p> <p>Maintain security of medications during transport to and from nursing areas. Obtain any required documentation or signatures to document chain of custody when transporting medications between facilities.
