<p>Construction Services Manager</p> <p>As the Electrical Construction Services Manager, you will lead, oversee, and drive the implementation of Electrical Virtual Design Construction (VDC) and Electrical Prefabrication within our organization. You will play a crucial role in integrating advanced construction methodologies to enhance project efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This pivotal role requires strategic leadership to optimize project efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across our operations.</p> <p>Strategic Leadership & Oversight:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute strategic plans for electrical VDC and prefabrication initiatives aligned with company objectives and industry standards </li><li>Provide strategic oversight and direction for electrical VDC and prefabrication projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget requirements </li><li>Identify potential risks and challenges associated with electrical VDC and manufacturing initiatives, proactively developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies </li><li>Monitor and control costs associated with electrical VDC and prefabrication and manufacturing projects, leveraging efficient resource allocation and maximizing project profitability while maintaining and developing yearly budgets </li><li>Travel to and oversee operations at facilities in Wisconsin ensuring seamless integration of processes into overall project workflows </li></ul> <p>Technology Integration & Quality Assurance:</p> <ul> <li>Evaluate, implement, and manage state-of-the-art technologies and tools related to electrical VDC and manufacturing to optimize project outcomes and operational efficiencies </li><li>Establish and enforce rigorous quality assurance protocols and standards for electrical </li><li>VDC and manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company quality benchmarks </li></ul> <p>Team Management & Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Lead a multidisciplinary team of VDC specialists project managers, and manufacturing experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment </li><li>Partner closely with company Construction Service Director, internal stakeholders, including department heads, project managers, engineers, and clients, to seamlessly integrate electrical VDC and manufacturing processes into overall project workflows </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Preferred but not required </li><li>Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in electrical construction, with a strong emphasis on VDC, prefabrication and project site </li><li>Proficiency in VDC software applications (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and familiarity with prefabrication techniques </li><li>Positive safety attitude and personal integrity - both are non-negotiable </li><li>Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, strategic planning, and decision-making skills </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders </li><li>Experience in manufacturing processes </li><li>Expertise in electrical systems, construction methodologies, and relevant codes </li></ul> <p>PPC is an Equal Opportunity Employer</p>
