This role may provide support to multiple advisors operating within the credit union space. This opportunity is an excellent steppingstone to continue to build on your wealth management experience and opportunities to work with multiple internal departments at a growing company.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Provide comprehensive client support through daily communication with advisors and clients, addressing inquiries on account activity, policies, and documentation while managing time-sensitive tasks such as RMDs, distributions, and tax forms. Submit account instructions, research complex issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. Educate clients and advisors on services and technology, including eSignature and paperless options, while contributing to peer development and project work. Manage operational reports for cash management and distributions, complete special projects, and promote cost-saving initiatives through digital adoption.
