This is not an entry-level role - we are looking for someone who understands sales metrics, thrives in a goal-driven environment, and knows how to turn guest interactions into long-term members.</p> <p>What You'll Own</p> <p>Front Desk Sales Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Drive membership sales, upgrades, and retention strategies </li><li>Lead by example - actively sell and coach in real time </li><li>Monitor daily KPIs including conversion rates, average ticket, and booking metrics </li><li>Hold the team accountable to performance standards </li></ul> <p>Team Development & Accountability</p> <ul> <li>Train, mentor, and motivate Spa Associates </li><li>Conduct role-playing and sales coaching sessions </li><li>Support hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback </li><li>Help create a culture of follow-through and professionalism </li></ul> <p>Operational Excellence</p> <ul> <li>Assist with scheduling, payroll review, inventory oversight, and reporting </li><li>Maintain high standards of guest experience and spa presentation </li><li>Partner closely with Spa Manager to execute promotions and growth initiatives </li><li>Ensure smooth daily operations during peak business hours </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Proven sales experience (membership, retail, hospitality, or service-based sales preferred) </li><li>Prior leadership or supervisory experience required </li><li>Strong closing skills and confidence in overcoming objections </li><li>Data-driven mindset - comfortable reviewing and acting on performance metrics </li><li>Highly organized with strong follow-through </li><li>Available evenings and weekends </li></ul> <p>ASM392</p>
