We focus on evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes and enhance the overall experience for patients and their families.</p> <p>Assistant Nurse Manager Role</p> <p>The Assistant Nurse Manager supports the coordination of patient care services and daily operations within the unit. This role ensures high-quality, evidence-based care across the continuum for patients receiving radiation therapy. The position also assists in staff development, workflow management, and performance improvement initiatives.</p> <p>Ideal Candidate</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a licensed Registered Nurse with graduation from an accredited nursing program and holds a Bachelor's degree in nursing. They have at least five years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in oncology or radiation therapy settings. Current Texas RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required; Oncology Nurse Certification (OCN) or specialty certification is preferred.
