The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting day to day operations within the department, while maximizing customer satisfaction and retention.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Obtain job documents such as purchase orders, billing forms, insurance certificates, etc. </li><li>Invoice jobs per the billing schedule. </li><li>Accounts Receivable follow up for past due invoices. </li><li>Contract renewals and pricing updates. </li><li>Receive customer calls and work with Sales Team / Scheduling Team to address any issues. </li><li>Backup support for incoming office calls. </li><li>Data management and other tasks as required. </li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction levels meet are a priority and exceed company standards. </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required </li><li>5+ years of administrative experience </li></ul> <p>Computer Skills</p> <ul> <li>Microsoft Office </li></ul> <p>As part of the DU Family of Companies, we believe that investing and empowering our employees as leaders develops an organization that delivers innovative solutions and services that create a superior customer experience.
