This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, entering work orders, and completing move-in procedures. Then this is the career for you!</p> <p>Leasing Specialist must haves:</p> <ul> <li>Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, e-mail and a familiarity with the internet required.
