<p>Description</p> <p>Huntington seeks an individual with experience in receivable monetization and supply chain finance. Individual should be forward-thinking and comfortable working in an emerging product line at Huntington. This is a hybrid role consisting of both sales and product development responsibility. Candidate will be assigned sales goals and will participate directly in the development of the strategic product roadmap for the group, serving a key role in the bank's new product approval process.</p> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>8 or more years of experience including receivable purchasing and supply chain finance products </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills/Experience</p> <ul> <li>MBA preferred </li><li>Expert knowledge of receivable purchasing and supply chain finance products; including product strategy development, implementation, transaction pricing and sales </li><li>10+ years of sales experience and demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales goals </li><li>Proven commercial credit skills and ability to effectively work with credit approval authorities </li><li>Deep industry network and current understanding of relevant market trends shaping the industry </li><li>Experience in distribution of supply chain and trade finance assets, including receivables </li><li>Familiarity with trade receivable securitization market and relevant products </li><li>Proven detail orientation, strategic and analytical abilities </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills with comfort interacting with senior management </li><li>Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines, while balancing multiple goals </li><li>Strong computer skills including MS office products, among other relevant applications </li></ul> <p>Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)</p> <p>Yes</p> <p>Workplace Type:</p> <p>Office</p> <p>Our Approach to Office Workplace Type</p> <p>Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Specific work arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.</p> <p>Compensation Range:</p> <p>$93,000.00 - $189,000.00 USD Annual Salary</p> <p>The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position.
