<p>Job Title: Medical Assistant</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Join a dedicated team at a bustling cardiology practice, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Room patients efficiently, ensuring a welcoming and organized experience. </li><li>Clean and prepare exam rooms to maintain a high standard of hygiene and readiness for each patient. </li><li>Answer phones promptly, providing excellent customer service and accurate information. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in medical assisting. </li><li>Reliability and ability to handle fast-paced environments. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Epic experience is preferred. </li><li>Experience in cardiology is preferred. </li><li>Possession of an EMT, CNA, or MA Diploma (no license needed). </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The role is based in a busy cardiology practice that sees over 50 patients a day. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.</p> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgeport, Connecticut.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job</p> <p>classification and length of employment.
