<p>Creatio is looking for a technically strong Product Owner to join our Core team.</p> <p>This is a highly technical role, ideal for someone with hands-on experience in software development or system analysis, and at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner. You will be responsible for driving the evolution of our core platform functionality - focusing on scalability, performance, and architectural improvements - while working closely with engineering teams and aligning technical capabilities with product vision.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Gather and elaborate on requirements from internal stakeholders, clients, partners, and the external community. </li><li>Organize and prioritize requests using internal tools and systems. </li><li>Develop and defend product concepts: analyze and group requirements, define product strategy, create mockups and UX/UI concepts (in collaboration with design), prepare presentations, write user stories, and collaborate with technical writers to document functionality. </li><li>Conduct market and competitor research, evaluate integration opportunities, and analyze insights from industry analysts (e.g., Forrester, Gartner). </li><li>Lead Agile ceremonies with the development team: Kick-off, Refinement, Planning, Review, and Retrospective. </li><li>Collaborate with the Scrum Master to improve delivery processes and monitor team performance. </li><li>Provide functional consultations to internal teams, partners, and customers. </li><li>Configure product functionality using our No-code platform. </li><li>Conduct training sessions for internal teams on newly released features. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a software development environment. </li><li>Hands-on background in software development or system analysis is required. </li><li>B2 level English and fluency in Ukrainian. </li><li>Strong understanding of web application architecture and modern development methodologies. </li><li>Experience contributing to architectural decisions or collaborating closely with engineering teams on technical topics. </li><li>Ability to work at both strategic (vision, roadmap, market needs) and tactical (detailed specifications, delivery oversight) levels. </li><li>Proficiency in Agile/SCRUM methodologies. </li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business values. </li><li>Experience in market and user research is a plus. </li></ul> <p>What You Should Expect From Us:</p> <ul> <li>The award-winning product (a Leader in Gartner Quadrants) to be proud of. </li><li>A remote-first hybrid model: while giving plenty of space for concentration and personal working habits, we encourage regular meetings in one of our five hubs worldwide. </li><li>Culture of genuine care, ownership, dedication, and high standards (learn more here). </li><li>A vibrant corporate life: enjoy the opportunity to explore your teammates' cultures in online and offline events, participate in sports competitions, enjoy art master classes, and create your new favorite memories at our parties. </li><li>Caring for your health: Creatio offers several options for medical insurance together with our medical partner </li><li>Creatio offers all team members competitive pay. </li><li>Paid leave options for life-qualifying events, sicknesses, etc. </li><li>Nice and modern hub in the Warsaw city center to get acquainted with colleagues or to gain some quiet space for concentration. </li></ul>
