<p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex software development or infrastructure projects. </li><li>Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). </li><li>Proficiency in using Jira for project tracking, task management, and reporting. </li><li>Demonstrated experience delivering technology initiatives within Custody platforms (eg., asset servicing, settlement, corporate actions) </li></ul> <p>o OR</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience in Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, or Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). </li><li>Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC). </li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate technical teams. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Experience with risk management, change management, and quality assurance processes. </li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe Agilist). </li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices. </li><li>Roles & Responsibilities </li><li>Project Planning and Definition: </li></ul> <p>o Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.</p> <p>o Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.</p> <p>o Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path items.</p> <ul> <li>Project Execution and Monitoring: </li></ul> <p>o Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, developers, QA, and business analysts.</p> <p>o Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.</p> <p>o Implement and manage project risk management plans, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.</p> <p>o Ensure adherence to established project management processes, methodologies, and quality standards.</p> <ul> <li>Stakeholder Communication and Management: </li></ul> <p>o Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.</p> <p>o Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.</p> <p>o Facilit ate effective communication and collaboration between technical teams, business units, and external vendors.</p> <ul> <li>Quality Assurance and Delivery: </li></ul> <p>o Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet functional and non-functional requirements.</p> <p>o Facilitate successful deployment and handover to operations, ensuring proper documentation and training.</p> <ul> <li>Continuous Improvement: </li></ul> <p>o Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement.</p> <p>o Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools within the organization.</p> <p>Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year</p>
