<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>Come join our team at the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (LLR) where you will experience work-life balance, great benefits, and an exciting career that supports the Agency's mission to make South Carolina a safe place to work and live.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>You will work with Curriculum and Fire Service personnel to research, develop and implement accredited level cognitive and manipulative testing. </li><li>You will work with the testing coordinator to process accredited level course packages. </li><li>You will perform duties of data entry, creating text boxes, issuing certificates and updating student transcripts. </li><li>You will assist with remote and on-site testing for accredited level testing. </li><li>You will act as a liaison between subject matter experts and curriculum and accreditation to develop skill sheets. </li><li>You will perform other duties as assigned to assist with accreditation. </li></ul> <p>Minimum and Additional Requirements</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Fire service experience specific to accreditation. </li><li>Two (2) years' experience in educational program development and testing. </li><li>Knowledge in firefighter training techniques and testing requirements. </li><li>Interpersonal and computer skills. </li><li>Ability to understand NFPA Professional Qualifications Standards and Job Performance Requirements and how to apply them to adequately to measure both cognitive and manipulative skills through testing. </li><li>Must have data entry and strong organizational skills </li></ul> <p>Other Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to work a flexible work schedule (15 to 29 hours per week) </li><li>Daily, overnight and weekend travel may be required. </li><li>Must be able to stoop and lift to 50 pounds. </li></ul>
