<p>CONCRETE WALL FOREMAN</p> <p>CCI is currently seeking a full-time Concrete Wall Foreman. In this position, the candidate is responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete wall construction, ensuring quality workmanship, crew efficiency, and adherence to project timelines. Click HERE to learn more about CCI's Concrete services.</p> <p>Main Duties/Responsibilities: Reading and interpreting structural plans and blueprints. Setting up and aligning formwork for footings and walls. Overseeing footing, wall, and rebar layout. Ensuring proper placement and securing rebar and reinforcements. Supervising concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes. Leading, training, and directing crew members on-site. As well as ensuring safety compliance and enforcing OSHA regulations.</p> <p>Qualifications: The Wall Foreman must work as a team to perform all the duties listed above and have a minimum of 3-years Foreman experience. The ideal candidate must be reliable, self-motivated, willing to follow directions, able to lift 50 lbs., and work at various heights and on ladders.
