For more information, please visit www.ergotron.com.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Manager of Service Operations and Security plans and schedules the development, production and administrative of Ergotron's infrastructure computer operations. They are responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, local and cloud IT infrastructure, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions in Murfreesboro and for the performance of operational tools and equipment.</p> <p>The candidate should have experience in a manufacturing industry/environment with administration and troubleshooting of the following technologies: VMware, storage arrays, storage area networks, network firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server. This position reports to the Director of Information Technology, Operations and Security and supervises a Sr. Service Technician.</p> <p>This is an in person, hands on, full time, salaried position at Ergotron's location in Murfreesboro, TN (formerly Enovate Medical).</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <p>Operational</p> <ul> <li>Confers with department heads involved with proposed projects to ensure cooperation and further define nature of project. </li><li>Confers with computer analysts or engineers to define equipment needs. </li><li>Prepares reports to inform management of project status and deviation from goals. </li><li>Engages management specialists, technical personnel, or vendors to solve problems. </li><li>Engages with MSP/NOC/SOC for projects, monthly meetings and issue resolution. </li><li>Maintains currency with technology and plans for future upgrades/integrations and organizational changes. </li><li>Plans, researches, designs, develops, validates and implements security solutions within the organization's IT network, remediating areas of weakness in the network. </li><li>Practices disaster recovery procedures, participates in breach of security drills, responds to and provides post-event analyses of security incidents. </li><li>Promotes a culture of security awareness and arranges continuing education of personnel to ensure security policies are adhered to. </li></ul> <p>Technical</p> <ul> <li>Administers and supports the Virtual environment, including Hyper-V, VMWare, ESXI servers, storage arrays, and storage area networks. </li><li>Administers and supports LANs, WANs, Site-to-Site VPNs, firewalls, VPN concentrators, routers, switches, wireless networks and network security solutions. </li><li>Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of development, test, production and disaster recovery environments, including backup and log management, systems monitoring and user management. </li><li>Supports and maintains business applications, including engineering applications like Solidwords, Altium, etc. </li><li>Possesses a deep understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, subnets, DNS, DHCP, FTP, VPN, SSL, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN) </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft technologies including Windows Clients (XP to Current), Windows Server (2008 to Current), MSSQL, Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint. </li><li>Proven experience with on-premise and cloud hosted virtualization utilizing both Hyper-V and VMWare </li><li>Proven experience with Cisco Meraki network technologies, including MX firewalls, switches and access points. </li><li>Experience with SaaS/cloud solutions including Azure (required), AWS, Google, and OCI are desirable. Azure experience should include administration, VMs, virtual networks, and public DNS. </li><li>Proven experience with penetration test remediation, Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for endpoints, Intune (MDM), MFA, SSL Cert Management, SSO/SAML implementation and management. </li><li>Familiarity with security related solutions like Currentware, BeyondTrust, KnowBe4, Cohesity, zScaler and OpenVPN is highly desirable. </li><li>Familiarity with Oracle, Salesforce, and Infor SyteLine is highly desirable. </li><li>Advanced scripting knowledge (Powershell, VBSript, etc) is a plus. </li><li>Familiarity with VoIP phone systems and Verkada security solutions is desirable. </li><li>Additional duties as requested. </li><li>Supports "Lean Business Enterprise" initiatives for continuous process improvement and waste elimination. </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in IS, Engineering, Computing, or related field required </li><li>Proven experience in information technology security and information technology operations </li><li>5+ years of previous IT infrastructure, IT management, IT business operations and/or IT security </li><li>7+ years of relevant professional industry experience </li><li>Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions is nice to have. </li><li>Ability to travel to other locations as needed. </li><li>Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job as described to you for the position </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Being able to solve complex problems within a passion-filled environment is rewarded by a comprehensive and competitive benefits package, allowing for work and life balance. </li><li>At Ergotron, we are committed to moving you forward with leading benefits and reward programs.
