This position supervises Restaurant Servers, Room Service Attendants, Club Lounge Attendants, Baristas, Hosts/Hostesses, and Bartenders-ensuring professional, efficient, and guest-centered service during every shift.</p> <p>You'll be hands-on, guest-facing, and instrumental in coaching and developing associates while maintaining a smooth, efficient operation.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and support front-of-house teams during restaurant, bar, and room service operations. </li><li>Open and close shifts in alignment with prescribed checklists and operational standards. </li><li>Train, maintain, and enforce all service standards using approved menus, tools, and resources. </li><li>Ensure a safe and sanitary environment is upheld for guests and associates; report any unsafe conditions. </li><li>Monitor staffing levels daily, evaluate business volume, and adjust coverage and overtime accordingly. </li><li>Conduct daily taste panels and menu classes for staff to maintain product knowledge and quality. </li><li>Empower associates to resolve guest concerns and deliver outstanding hospitality. </li><li>Participate in associate meetings, training sessions, and team development initiatives. </li><li>Manage restaurant party bookings, hospitality suite orders, and ensure effective communication across departments. </li><li>Assist with guest service during peak hours, including seating, service support, and guest interactions. </li><li>Oversee daily side work and ensure stations are reset and detailed according to SOPs. </li><li>Manage repair and maintenance needs through proper work order procedures. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred, ideally in an upscale or full-service environment. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, train, and support diverse teams. </li><li>Excellent communication and guest-service abilities. </li><li>Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere. </li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills. </li><li>Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. </li><li>Commitment to upholding Concord Hospitality's service standards and cultural values. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Concord?</p> <p>Concord Hospitality invests in its associates by providing training and development at all levels, from interns to executive leaders.
