<p>TITLE: Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) - Senior</p> <p>LOCATION: Honolulu, HI</p> <p>OVERVIEW</p> <p>Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptionally-qualified candidate to serve as an Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) at the Senior-level supporting the USINDOPACOM J2, located in Honolulu, HI.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>The ORSA designs, develops, and applies a variety of decision analytics, mathematical and statistical techniques, data mining, modeling and simulation, and other analytic methods combined with military and / or IC judgment to address operational and planning challenges to facilitate senior leadership decisions. </li><li>Provides unique, and timely analysis on a range of pressing, operationally-focused issues using multi-source data in the context of interdisciplinary techniques and methods. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI security clearance. Must be willing to take a CI polygraph, if required. </li><li>Master's degree and 12 years of experience. A Bachelor's degree and 17 years of experience may substitute in lieu of a Master's degree. </li><li>Prior CCMD experience. Ability to work in a fast paced/high OPTEMPO environment. </li><li>Experience with developing analytic methodologies, metrics, and decision criteria. </li><li>Experience with leveraging scientific methods to inform qualitative and quantitative analyses. </li><li>Experience with using automated statistical packages in support of analysis projects. </li><li>Experience with preparing and presenting senior leadership briefings and papers. </li></ul> <p>About Streamline</p> <p>Streamline delivers professional and technical solutions to the U.S. Defense, Intelligence, and Special Operations communities.
