You will be responsible for helping to lead the Drive Thru/ Front of House operation focusing on culture, developing leaders, managing costs, establishing systems. As one of the top leaders in our organization, the buck stops with you.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Learn and work daily in the Front of House area of the restaurant </li><li>Help to cast the vision and establish the culture for the department </li><li>Assist in developing and growing all leaders in the department </li><li>Help establish and achieve all labor goals </li><li>Assist in creating and implementing all systems for department </li><li>Ensure operational excellence and be accountable for service scores in in the department </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree in Business Management or related discipline </li><li>1-2 years of relevant leadership experience </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>Experience in restaurant management. </li></ul> <p>Perks</p> <ul> <li>Great company </li><li>Competitive Base Pay - Paid hourly based on 45 hour work week (40 @ regular pay + 5 @ overtime rate).
