As a key thought partner and operator, you'll bring clarity, structure, and momentum to the team-leading cross-functional initiatives, facilitating leadership forums, and ensuring priorities move from vision to execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, enjoys building processes from the ground up, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves as a team player.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Owns all chief of staff responsibilities, inclusive of managing day-to-day operations </li><li>Shape and communicate the organization's strategy and key initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and visibility of major achievements to executive stakeholders </li><li>Drive the execution of top strategic initiatives, proactively rolling up sleeves to ensure successful delivery </li><li>Collaborate across product teams to deliver against business objectives, owning the tracking and execution of key milestones </li><li>Establish and maintain the operating rhythm for the leadership team and the broader organization, ensuring focused discussions and real-time alignment </li><li>Partner with Finance and HR to manage headcount planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or chief of staff roles </li><li>Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills - you can create compelling, eye-catching presentations and develop complex reports with little or no oversight </li><li>Strong relationship builder comfortable collaborating with and influencing Managing Director-level team members </li><li>Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives </li><li>Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop subject matter expertise in new subjects quickly </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization </li><li>Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies </li><li>Experience working in financial services </li></ul>
