Working closely with the General Manager, Estimators, and Technicians for issues that are parts-related within the shop.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Order parts from vendors and dealerships based on estimates and supplements </li><li>Communicate with estimators regarding part availability, delivery, delays, etc. </li><li>Return incorrect parts immediately to vendors </li><li>Monitor Deliveries and track parts status. ?Communicate with vendors on status if needed </li><li>Drive parts related KPI's </li><li>All other duties assigned </li></ul> <p>Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working at a collision repair center in a parts capacity </li><li>Knowledge of CCC ONE estimating software is strongly preferred </li><li>Strong knowledge of automotive parts </li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with others </li><li>Ability to read and understand basic instructions, written estimates, and work orders </li><li>Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age </li><li>Must have a valid drivers license </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel and pull </li><li>Carry and lift heavy objects (up to 80lbs) </li><li>Standing, sitting, and walking </li><li>Performing repetitive motions </li></ul> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants equally regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.</p>
