This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize and expand your expertise while supporting our team.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Provide daily support within Maximo CMMS software, updating the system to current standards </li><li>Report on the current state of business </li><li>Create and modify existing work scopes </li><li>Lead sessions with technicians to develop preventive maintenance tasks for equipment </li><li>Facilitate sessions using provided lists, no prior knowledge required </li><li>Create training materials and conduct one-on-one training sessions with technicians </li><li>Load jobs and tasks, create work packages, and perform administrative functions within Maximo </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment and maintenance services </li><li>Prior work experience with CMMS software (computerized maintenance management system), ideally Maximo </li><li>Knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out </li><li>Computer savvy and ability to use basic MS Excel and MS Office programs </li><li>Willingness to learn new software with limited support </li><li>Flexibility regarding work time, days, and a hybrid work schedule </li><li>Legal authorization to work in the US </li></ul> <p>Desired Skills (Not Required):</p> <ul> <li>Skilled in Maximo CMMS </li><li>Knowledge of SQL and relational databases </li></ul> <p>Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package.
