In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging products or components according to manufacturing specifications and quality standards. You will play a key role in ensuring our products meet customer expectations and company standards.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assemble and package products or components following operator instruction sheets and specifications </li><li>Perform routine inspections to ensure product quality and compliance </li><li>Accurately report defects, process issues, or equipment malfunctions using computer systems </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment </li><li>Identify and report safety concerns in accordance with company policies </li><li>Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED equivalent </li><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States </li><li>Must be able to lift 40lbs </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be a team player and able to communicate effectively with co-workers and leadership </li><li>Forklift experience preferred </li></ul>
