<p>Essential Functions:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Applies liquid coatings by different processing methods to a variety plastic molded and metal products for decorative and functional purposes;</p> </li><li> <p>Performs pad printing, spray painting and silk screening operations;</p> </li><li> <p>Performs set up, clean up troubleshooting and PM on paint equipment/workstations to include formulating painting mixtures;</p> </li><li> <p>Fills out requisitions for paint, screens, equipment and supplies;</p> </li><li> <p>Operates various assembly, production equipment and hand tools;</p> </li><li> <p>Handles, assembles, and inspects product and parts;</p> </li><li> <p>Performs quality inspections, and follows ISO procedures/compliance;</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures all containers and hazardous material is properly labeled and disposed;</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares and pack parts for material handling and/or shipping;</p> </li><li> <p>See, reads and follows work instructions, safety procedures and completes various forms and reports;</p> </li><li> <p>Able to rotate into other departments to perform similar tasks as needed;</p> </li><li> <p>Works with co-workers in a safe, professional and cooperative manner;</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains good attendance, flexibility in job assignments, adaptable to changing business needs and continually learns and applies new skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Meets minimum physical/mental demands with or without reasonable accommodation;</p> </li><li> <p>Complies with all company policies and procedures;</p> </li><li> <p>Trains others on knowledge and skills mastered;</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ol>
