CNPM is able to articulate the concepts of a high reliability organization (HRO) and participate in all aspects of the HRO culture, including collaborating with local and MGB team members. Promotes evidenced-based practice, advances a nursing culture of safety and fosters a psychologically safe environment. Identifies and works to mitigate risks. Embedded in clinical areas, the CNPM will audit and monitor practices, process measures, & provide feedback for accountability, to improve quality patient outcomes.</p> <ul> <li>5-7 years of recent inpatient clinical experience of medical-surgical nursing and/or critical care required </li><li>3-5 years demonstrated leadership ability preferred </li></ul> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Responsible for managing and coordinating specific clinical programs or services.
