<p>SUMMARY:</p> <p>In this role, the candidate will support the Operations Finance SG&A team in key areas, including analysis and communication of financial results to both internal Finance team members and business partners. This position will assist in the development of the company's annual business plans, becoming a key finance point of contact for various business functions, monthly/quarterly/annual management and communication of key business drivers, partnering with other finance groups to ensure proper monthly reconciliations and identifying valuable process improvements.</p> <p>The candidate will work in partnership with other members of the Operations Finance SG&A team as well as the rest of the organization to help drive the financial and operational initiatives and actions required to achieve the annual business plan.</p> <p>The candidate will have sound financial analysis skills, excellent business acumen, critical thinking proficiency, and solid communication skills. The candidate must be customer-centric, have strong interpersonal skills, be able to balance the demands of a rapidly growing global company, and be results-driven.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Financial Analysis & Reporting </li></ul> <p>Develop annual business plans, including financial projections for headcount expenses across the organization</p> <p>Create streamlined processes to drive insights and ease analysis of various key performance indicators related to resource movements</p> <p>Maintain and distribute monthly/quarterly reporting to business partners and internal finance partners</p> <p>Manage internal reporting capabilities and ensure the integrity of key data sources</p> <ul> <li>Strategic Finance Support </li></ul> <p>Act as primary finance point-of-contact between internal team and human resources</p> <p>Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the organization</p> <ul> <li>Process Guidance </li></ul> <p>Partner with teams to drive understanding and adoption of internal policies and guidelines related to resource requests</p> <p>Provide insight to internal stakeholders on potential business impacts related to organizational changes</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>A proven track record of academic and professional excellence </li><li>2+ years of related business experience </li><li>Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or accounting </li><li>Hands-on style with ability to drive projects to closure </li><li>Proven track record of delivering results and excellent attention to detail </li><li>Solid financial planning, financial analysis, data mining, and modeling expertise. </li><li>Strong Excel financial modeling skills </li><li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills </li></ul> <p>COMPETENCIES:</p> <ul> <li>A self-directed individual with a strong ability to manage ambiguity, who adapts readily and easily to changes in priorities and business conditions, and can deliver on assignments with minimal supervision </li><li>Strong commitment to meeting tight deadlines </li><li>An individual who is self-confident, competent, and independent.
