We are currently looking for a FT Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs.</p> <p>SUMMARY/PURPOSE:</p> <p>Provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs.</p> <ul> <li>Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm. Occasional Sunday shift could be required for department coverage. Must be willing to work holidays </li></ul> <p>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Confer with internal and external customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, obtain details of issues. </li><li>Receive and respond to customer issues; interaction with other departments is crucial in helping to resolve issues. </li><li>Resolve customers' service or billing issues by performing activities such as issuing credits and pick-ups. </li><li>Coordinate cross dock processing. </li><li>Support customers with internet orders and solve issues to find the best solution. </li><li>File and maintain records according to the filing system used.
