<p>Material Handler - 1st Shift</p> <p>#32520</p> <p>Location: Green Bay, WI</p> <p>Company: Dairy Farmers of America</p> <p>Category: Manufacturing</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Under the direction of the Warehouse or Production Supervisor, the Material Handler is engaged in moving raw and finished materials to identified locations.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>The list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.</p> <ul> <li>Drive forklift 95% or more of working day </li><li>Use our Warehouse Management System </li><li>Participate in our cycle count program </li><li>Pick cheese, ingredients, packaging and/or other raw materials for production </li><li>Wrap pallets </li><li>Inventory control </li><li>Stack pallets in pallet racking </li><li>Work safely </li><li>Comply with our company GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards </li><li>All other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Attendance Incentive:This position includes an attendance incentive ($1 added to base pay rate with perfect attendance for the week)</p> <p>Hours: Monday through Friday, 5:00am - 1:00pm. Occasional Saturdays required based on business need.</p> <p>Education and/or Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Previous warehouse experience is preferred </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to use computer systems </li><li>Ability to lift up to 55 lbs on a frequent basis </li><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals </li><li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with employees of the organization </li></ul> <p>An Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans</p> <p>Salary:</p> <p>$19.50 / hour</p>
