Our portfolio includes a wide array of reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt as well as many unique, independent, boutique and lifestyle properties and restaurants.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Focus on creating relationships within association segment and promoting cross-location selling with account management approach covering group for each account. </li><li>Develop relationships amongst Top Target accounts as identified jointly by the VP Sales and Director of National Sales </li><li>Provide a business plan to the field that they can incorporate within their Quarterly/Annual Business and Marketing Plans </li><li>Work with the Regional DOSs as to uncover market data and secure National Accounts </li><li>Uncover new potential accounts and market opportunities through weekly prospecting goals. </li><li>Strategize RFP timeline solicitations for newly acquired, transitioning and newly opened properties </li><li>Help develop and execute Graduate Hotels by Hilton participation in association related trade shows and conferences with direction from the VP Sales </li><li>Identifies and solicits new association accounts from appointments, site tours, prospecting calls, and inquiries via email, phone, and in person interactions </li><li>Develops, maintains, and prospects a target list of association accounts, communicating updates with each property </li><li>Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting and updates to VP Sales </li><li>Additional duties as indicated by VP Sales </li><li>Perform any other job related duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of?Bachelor's Degree?in?Hotel Administration, Business, or?Marketing </li><li>Minimum of 10 years in progressive hotel sales with leadership?responsibilities </li><li>100% Remote </li><li>20-40% travel </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical skills relative to impact on hotel?revenues </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in?writing </li><li>Strong interpersonal?skills </li><li>Strong understanding of revenue management?principles </li><li>Ability?to?use?reservation?and?revenue?management?systems?to?develop?pricing?&?sales?recommendations </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, focus on Excel, Word and Outlook Ability to travel as?needed </li><li>Must have flexible work hours that may include evenings, weekends, and?holidays </li><li>The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
