<p>Intern Automation</p> <p>Role, Function & Organization</p> <p>The Intern will support their department by assisting with various tasks including administrative, project coordination, and research activities. This position offers exposure to the company and industry through hands-on learning, training, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. As such the following values guide our behaviors: A Servant's Heart - Focus on the Needs of Others, Wisdom - Insightful, Integrity - Honesty and Trustworthy, Courage - Decisive and Confident in Others, Humility - Modest and Respectful, Passion - Unfailing Dedication</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>Learning & Development:</p> <ul> <li>Shadow various professionals to gain insight into specific roles and processes </li><li>Participate in training opportunities, meetings, and jobsite visits (as applicable) </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop effective communication and teamwork skills </li></ul> <p>Departmental Support:</p> <ul> <li>Assist various teams with day-to-day administrative and project-based tasks </li><li>Support document organization, data entry, and reporting for active job sites or internal initiatives </li><li>Help prepare materials for various projects as assigned </li><li>Participate in meetings, jobsite visits, and other learning opportunities to gain exposure to the department, company, and industry </li></ul> <p>Research & Business Insight:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct research and learn about industry trends, tools, and business-relevant topics </li><li>Learn about company services, operations, and departmental workflows </li></ul> <p>Safety/Hazard Recognition & Elimination:</p> <ul> <li>Pre-plan and identify the methods to eliminate hazards daily by work task. </li><li>Execute skill in observing habits and hazards of others and bringing it to their attention. </li><li>Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company. Support goal of achieving zero accidents. </li><li>Promote and encourage open communication between field and office regarding all safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needed. </li><li>Obtain safety training as expected by all company personnel. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma (or equivalent) required </li><li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in their related field </li><li>Some previous, relevant experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Experience, Skill and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Positive safety attitude and personal integrity - both are non-negotiable </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) </li><li>Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people </li><li>Ability to gain trust and respect of employees and supervisors throughout all levels of the organization </li><li>Ability to reason and think logically in problem solving. </li><li>Professional and positive attitude toward responsibilities and coworkers </li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize various daily responsibilities </li><li>Detail-oriented individual with ability to prioritize and organize work for ensured follow-through </li><li>Ability to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Dependent on role. </li><li>Office environment requiring sitting and standing.
