Experience and contribute to our unique culture while you develop and expand your career!</p> <p>DIRECTOR, OMNICHANNEL INTEGRATED EXPERIENCE & ENGAGEMENT - sHTG LEAD</p> <p>SUMMARY:</p> <p>Director, Omnichannel Integrated Experience & Engagement will drive the omnichannel strategy and framework for the sHTG brand, ensuring cohesive and seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints. This role involves close cross-functional collaboration with Commercial Operations and PPMI to leverage data-driven insights for segmentation efforts and audience enrichment, Brand Teams & Brand Agencies of Record to align on strategy (brand objectives and content), Omnichannel agencies to define and optimize customer touchpoint journeys including media planning and digital production, IT to implement and maintain digital platforms, Field Ops and Sales to align on lead management and enablement, as well as Patient Advocacy and Corporate Communications to capture synergies. Additionally, the lead overseas the omnichannel measurement strategy and optimization ensuring all activities are aligned with overarching business goals and deliver measurable performance results.</p> <p>We are looking for a strong candidate who has extensive knowledge of omnichannel customer experience strategies and stays on the cusp of emerging industry trends and technology along with a successful track record of guiding and developing programs, campaigns, activities, and tactics aligned to the strategic goals and objectives of the commercial organization. As the sHTG Lead, they will be responsible for the end-to-end omnichannel unbranded and branded (launch) program success. This candidate will be a thought leader, creative problem solver, and decision maker as they stand up this program for the first time with the expert, strategic foresight needed to ensure long-term success post launch.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Audience Enrichment: Identify and enrich targetable audiences leveraging data at the center to understand messaging and channel affinity for omnichannel activation.</p> </li><li> <p>Journeys & Micro Campaigns: Design and optimize customer touchpoint journey maps and create micro campaign strategy to drive HCP and patient engagement.</p> </li><li> <p>Promotional Strategy & Plan: Strategize, plan, and execute the most effective channel mix for the right audiences/segments: web, paid media, search, email campaigns, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Digital Production: Oversee journey orchestration and campaign building within the Customer Experience Platform (CXP) along with web development.</p> </li><li> <p>Measurement & Optimization: Develop measurement framework and integrate data, analytics, and insights into dashboard reports as well as ongoing measurement and optimization to ensure effectiveness of campaigns.</p> </li><li> <p>Channel Innovation: identify and implement innovative channel strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Campaign/Tactical Development & Execution</p> </li><li> <p>Own overall project timelines, campaign tactics, and all key deliverables aligned to launch readiness and existing campaigns.</p> </li><li> <p>Primary point of contact for project planning, tactical campaign pull through, and execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborates to establish consistent service level agreements (SLAs) in the execution of omnichannel campaigns critical to establish best practices across AORs, digital agencies, consultant partners, and internal stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as subject matter expert in digital and omnichannel deployment to ensure rapid and flawless execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures approach and requirements for omnichannel tactical plans are understood and interpreted appropriately to ensure quality delivery and execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Highly knowledgeable about martech platforms, ecosystem, vendors, partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee, plan, coordinate, and manage campaign tasks with the supporting team/partners and communicate progress.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with monitoring campaign performance and outputs to provide timely recommendations back to strategy and brand teams to facilitate optimization.</p> </li><li> <p>Advances omnichannel operations, strategy, and execution through ongoing training and development.</p> </li><li> <p>Works across US market functions to assess the omnichannel landscape, identify new capabilities, and provide recommendations.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain relationships with key cross-functional teams by providing guidelines, best practices, and input on ways of working with vendors, brand teams, AORs, PRC(MRL), etc.</p> </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>BS/BA (MBA preferred) </li><li>At least 8+ years of omnichannel, marketing, or related experience (including commercial, digital, multichannel, etc.) in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry and 2 years in Broad Disease experience considered a plus </li><li>In-depth understanding of omnichannel strategies and tactics </li><li>In-depth understanding of marketing channels and the key benefits that each achieve at driving enhanced customer relationships. </li><li>Highly knowledgeable about Martech platforms, ecosystem, vendors, partners. </li><li>Strong planning, project management and organization skills </li><li>Understanding of end-to-end strategic marketing of pharmaceutical products </li><li>Strong understanding of regulations involved with omnichannel marketing pharmaceutical products. </li><li>Deep understanding and experience with PRC/MLR processes for omnichannel in pharma/biotech. </li><li>Understanding of existing omnichannel platforms, support, and capabilities with ability to articulate potential usages and limitations to the digital strategy and brand teams. </li><li>Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Salesforce Personalization Studio, Salesforce Ad Studio, and Drupal a plus </li><li>Demonstrated experience supporting execution of integrated Omnichannel marketing for new and existing products. </li><li>Strong understanding of digital, omnichannel marketing trends and innovations </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively navigate a matrixed organization, drive decisions, and lead without direct authority, when needed. </li><li>Highly skilled in influencing cross-functional teams, including interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders and with scientific and commercial teams. </li><li>Intense curiosity, collaborative
